CASE STUDY: CROWNE PLAZA    

Updating the Crowne Plaza in Blue Ash was complex on several levels. Some guest rooms needed new draperies; others required modifications.  All hallways needed coordinated window treatments, while offices and fitness centers got sheers.  Café curtains were the choice for restaurant booths and motorized shades for the lounge. 

The hotel remained open during the update, so each phase needed to be completed like clockwork.  With guests scheduled to arrive, there was no room for error.
